We help people buy or build their own home through the Victorian Homebuyer Fund, the First Home Owner Grant and various land transfer concessions and exemptions, including those for first home buyers and pensioners.
Every year, we also return millions of dollars in unclaimed money to its rightful owners.
Plus, in 2022–23, we helped provide relief to Victorian businesses and individuals impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and the October 2022 floods.
