Following the floods that devastated much of the state in October 2022, we helped administer the Victorian Government’s emergency relief payments to those affected.
We processed applications for personal hardship relief, assisting people impacted by the floods to access payments for critical needs such as accommodation, food, medicine, and mental health and wellbeing support.
The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing presented awards to our team to recognise their contribution to the state’s flood relief efforts.
